Due to the nature of our personal care and handmade products-including soaps, lotions, body washes, body sprays, and candles- we do not accep returns or exchanges. This is for the safety and hygine of all our customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following:

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund
in the event of a verified error or damage caused during shipping

Personal dislike of fragrance
Allergic reactions (ingredients are listed clearly on all product pages and labels)
Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received ( please contact your local usps or delivery carrier)
Shipping Issues
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery address.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days
for priority shipping( excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak times, sales, or holidays, processing may take sightly longer.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or marked as " delivered" by carrier but not received. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your package was damaged or severely delayed, contact us with your order info and photos so we can assist.
Warm Weather Shipping (for Body Butters, Lotions, and Candles)
During warmer months, some items like lotions and candles may soften or melt during transit. We recommend bringing package inside promptly upon delivery. This does not affect product quality.
